COACHING
Coaching is a space to slow down, think clearly, and redesign what’s no longer working.
People come to coaching not because they lack ambition or ability, but because effort alone has stopped being effective. Life begins to feel like a constant negotiation with attention, energy, and time.
My coaching focuses on changing the conditions around you — internally and externally — so progress no longer depends on willpower.

COACHING THEMES

Paired Coaching
Some people work better with shared structure.
Paired coaching brings together two people who choose to work in parallel — each with their own goals — while benefiting from shared accountability and momentum.
In this format:
-
I coach both of you individually on your own focus, challenges, and priorities
-
you act as accountability partners for each other between sessions
-
the structure supports follow-through without pressure
It’s not group coaching, but a deliberately designed environment that combines individual clarity with collective momentum — often making progress feel easier and more consistent.
This option works well if you:
-
already have a trusted partner or colleague
-
want accountability without intensity
-
do better when progress isn’t carried alone
(Details are discussed together to ensure fit.)

HOW IT WORKS
Coaching is offered in online sessions.
Engagements typically run over a defined period, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, allowing time to design, test, and embed structures that last.
A note on fit
Coaching works best if you’re open, curious and patient with change.
If you’re looking for quick fixes, constant accountability, or motivational pressure, this may not be the right for you.
If you’re looking for clarity, calm structure, and sustainable change, it might be.
